Top Menu Picks for Fraser Valley
In addition to a large selection of ciders, Fraser Valley also offers several seasonal selections, including a fragrant Gin Botanical and tingly Ginger Cider. Add some food to your tasting experience with several cheese and charcuterie boards — all gluten-free and with vegetarian options. Prepared by local chef Adrian Beaty showcasing meats and cheeses from local farm producers which vary from week to week.
Our personal favourite seasonal cider this summer was the Mango Mojito. It was the perfect mix of fruity mango and tangy lime for a hot summer evening. Also, try out the Honey and Elderflower ciders for a unique experience. Other selections include ciders with a hint of lavender, basil, sage, and other herbal accents. If you’re feeling more traditional, the Scrumpy is a heritage English take on cider.
